Global Terms and Conditions of Use

Dentalis Bio Solution keeps all products in excellent quality and takes great care of every implant prior to being sold and is inspected for a guarantee that all products are free from material and workmanship defects. In such a case that a customer finds a defect after appropriate recommended use in any product manufactured by Dentalis Bio Solution, the defective product will be exchanged in return for a properly functioning product.

In case of implant failure, Dentalis implants undertake to replace such implant unit, free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

A written notice of such failure is submitted to Dentalis, no later than within 3 mounts of a first sign indicating such failure, accompanied by a follow-up report in the form issued by Dentalis implants, the relevant X-Ray, and the failed implant. This is a complete warranty for the implant by Dentalis, setting forth your exclusive remedies respecting thereto.

DENTALIS guarantees its Products pursuant to the DENTALIS Warranty Program. The terms and conditions of the Warranty Program, including but not limited to eligibility, the scope of warranty, and claims procedure, can be viewed here. The DENTALIS Warranty Program constitutes an integral part of these Terms.

Liability resulting from the use of the products

You assume all risks and liability resulting from the use of Products whether used separately or in combination with other products not manufactured by Implant Direct. In no event shall DENTALIS be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

The DENTALIS Warranty Program is given in place of all implied warranties and any implied warranties are excluded to the fullest permitted extent. Neither DENTALIS nor any affiliated company which manufactures or distributes any DENTALIS components makes any warranty with respect to DENTALIS components, express or implied, written or oral, including guarantees of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, DENTALIS and its affiliates disclaim all liability to a Treatment Provider for lost earnings, income or profits, failure of a Treatment Provider to conform to generally accepted standards of dental practices, and all other direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting or arising from the design, composition, condition, use or performance of DENTALIS components.

Although the information and recommendations at this Site are presented in good faith and believed to be correct, DENTALIS makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the information. Information is supplied upon the condition that the persons receiving same will make their own determination as to its suitability for their purposes prior to use. In no event will DENTALIS be responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of or reliance upon information from this Site or the Products to which the information refers.
