    Due to the fact that certain local laws are at times more strict that company standard, Dentalis Bio Solution handles this data in correlation with applicable laws and terms at the location where the data is processed.     Dentalis Bio Solution puts a limit to accessing internal systems that hold Employment/Employee Data and Personal Data. Only select authorized users with a username and password are granted access to such systems for the purpose of performing their job duties. Decisions regarding access are made by the Vice President of Human Resources and are given by a security administrator.


    Every employee is granted the right to ask about the nature of the Employment/Employee Data kept or processed about the individual by Dentalis bio Solution, or third party vendors. Employees will be granted with the access to their own personal data as required by law in their home country, regardless as to where the data is kept.

    If at any time there are changes that are needed to be made, the individual is held responsible to inform the Human Resources Department with the changes in order to keep the personal data accurate at all times. This may include home address, telephone number, email address, change of name, etc. If access or correction is denied, the reason for the denial will be transferred and a written record will be made of the request and reason for denial.

    Enforcement Rights and Processes

    Dentalis Bio Solution uses a system called the self-assessment approach in order to assure its obedience and consistency with this policy. Dentalis Bio Solution assures that the policy remains accurate, complete and always be in compliance with the law.

    In the scenario of failure to observe this policy, or purposely breaking confidentiality of Employment/Employee and Personal Data may result in action against those held responsible.
